ADGES Result-based Leadership Workshop 2017 with executives from very respectful organizations in Thailand, was held at the Compass Skyview Hotel on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
The first session was the discussion on RBL’s Leadership Approach and Leadership Code. We are very fortunate to have Khun Weerapat Sapakarn, Chief HR Officer from FWD Life Insurance to share his experience on how to engage CEO and Top Leadership Team to develop the new generation of leaders. Also, his experience of using different RBL's leadership building blocks during the design and delivery of leadership program.
The second session in the afternoon, we shifted gear and focus on Strategic HR Academy. We learned from ideas of Dave Ulrich, who named as Father of Modern HR, of how he sees what competencies that HR should have as well as how HR creates value.
